Consumers Power, Inc. is a privately owned nonprofit rural electric cooperative serving 16,339 members in parts of six counties in Oregon: Benton, Lincoln, Lane, Linn, Polk, and Marion. CPI’s headquarters are located at 6990 West Hills Road, Philomath, Oregon, near Corvallis, home of Oregon State University, in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

CPI has more than 3,000 miles of transmission and distribution line with approximately 6.7 customers per mile.

As a preference customer of the Bonneville Power Administration, Consumers Power retains first right to low-cost, federally owned hydroelectric resources. PNGC Power, a generation and transmission cooperative in Portland, manages the power supply for CPI and 13 other Northwest electric distribution cooperative utilities with service territory in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada and Wyoming.
